Kim & Charles Petty
Charles Petty is originally from Chicago, IL. He holds a Law Degree from Duke Law School and an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. Before becoming a full time Real Estate investor, Charles worked as a corporate and securities attorney for two Atlanta law firms. He works hand and hand with his wife and business partner in his Real Estate business. Kimberly is originally from Louisville, KY. She holds a Masters of Arts in International Development from the University of Kentucky’s Patterson School of Development and International Commerce. She worked in Marketing for Ericsson, Inc prior to going into Real Estate full-time. |

Charles and Kim have been investing in Real Estate for 9 years. They wanted to be able to make their own choices and determine their own worth — and escape the rat race by becoming their own bosses and setting their own hours. But they realized that a real estate investor, as long as he or she has a system can reap great rewards from buying and selling properties as well as buying and holding properties. Charles and Kim currently buy and sell up to 6-10 properties per month and have been involved in over 700 real estate transactions in the last 9 years, through wholesaling, retailing, lease options and rental properties.
They know that the only true way to be successful in real estate is to have systems. As a result of their education through the school of hard knocks and through their Real Estate education, they have created several systems to make real estate investing profitable, fun and turn - key.
