At one of those weekend bootcamps, the guru was winding up the first day saying “Your first deal is the hardest, but with what I will teach you, you’ll be able to overcome the challenge.” And older women sitting in the first row, came up to the guru during the break, and said to him: “You know Mr. Guru, if doing your first deal is the hardest, I’m just going to start on the 2nd Deal!”

I hope that little joke, brought a smile to your face, and a “wouldn’t that be nice” in your mind. You know, despite the joke, that woman in the story has a point. Since doing your first successful deal is the hardest, why not get some real help and advice when you’re getting started?
